Terms and Conditions

1. All orders are irrevocable and legally binding. An order comes into effect upon signing of the order form or upon completion of the order form on the Internet and sending it, by or on behalf of the customer. Orders that have been placed may not be reduced in quantity or cancelled. Payment in full is always due once the order is placed.
2. The customer is obliged to submit text and/or material timely. Unless otherwise agreed, text, clichés and logos etc, are to be provided to Multimap within 8 days after the order has been placed. Multimap cannot be held liable for late delivery in the case as described above. In the event of late submittance by the customer of the above mentioned text and/or material, Multimap has the right to issue an invoice for the entire order. Full payment must then be made in accordance with the applicable payment term period.
3. In the event it has been agreed to supply a printer’s proof, the customer must return the proof within 8 days after receipt. Failure to do so will be considered as permission to print or execute the order according to the specifications of the proof as received by the customer.
4. The customer will bear the cost of any significant changes to the version originally agreed upon, as well as the cost for the production of the new material, and the cost of more expensive versions and any other additional services.
5. Any printing, typesetting or other faults outside of the responsibility of the customer may totally or partially be exempt from payment but only after receiving permission from Multimap; any compensation for damage cannot be demanded by the customer; offsetting of blame is not permitted unless permission is received from Multimap.
6. Payment of our invoices must be made in cash immediately upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the event the applicable payment term period is exceeded, a negligence interest payment of 12% will become due, as well as a fixed damage compensation of 20%, with a minimum of 70 euros. Delivered goods remain the property of Multimap until payment is made in full.
7. Deliveries within the Benelux: from 500 euros carriage paid: in all other cases order and delivery charges will be applicable (for the Benelux: 22.95 euros).
8. The obligation to deliver will be revoked in the event of any circumstance beyond Multimap’s control in any shape, manner or form whatsoever, including strikes, blockades, labour disputes or breach of contract by our own suppliers. Stated delivery dates are to be regarded as estimates only.
9. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 8 days after receipt of the goods. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your complaint.
10. Any disputes that may arise from this agreement, including refusal to make payment or in the event of default, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Venlo.
11. This agreement is subject to Dutch law. No rights and duties may be derived from translations of this agreement into languages other than the Dutch language. The Dutch version of this agreement prevails over the English version.
